Dr. Steve Pegram has served as a Kansas public school educator and superintendent since 1995, bringing nearly three decades of leadership experience to school districts across the state. Throughout his career, Dr. Pegram has been recognized for his steady, student-focused approach to district leadership, with a strong emphasis on fiscal responsibility, instructional improvement, and organizational stability.
As a superintendent, Dr. Pegram has guided districts through periods of growth, change, and challenge, working closely with boards of education, staff, and community stakeholders to ensure sound governance and effective use of resources.
