Description:  This general music elective provides space for students to explore opportunities in music without the need to meet performance expectations within an ensemble setting.  Students will get hands-on experience responding to, performing, and creating music while developing their understanding of the elements of music.  Students will broaden their experience with musical genres while strengthening their capacity to perform should they choose to move on to join a band, choir, or orchestra.
