As students progress into sixth through eighth grade, we help them explore even more career options.  The options include:

Career Jumping

Experts from different fields visit classrooms to talk about their jobs.  Student jump to various classrooms, ask questions, and explore careers of interest to them.

Job Shadowing

Students can spend a day with a professional in a field they're interested in.  It's a hands on way to learn about a specific career.

JA Biz Town

Students get to run a mini city, taking on various roles in the workforce.  It is a practical ay to understand real-world jobs and responsibilities.

College Visits

We introduce students to the idea of higher education and the different academic pathways available to them.

Career Aligned Electives

Students can take classes to learn about different career options.
