Description: Pre-calculus Honors is available to students after completing either Algebra 2 or Algebra 2+. The purpose of the course is to challenge students academically, while also providing the instructional supports found in a traditional high school classroom and not a college-style course. Instruction emphasizes algebraic and graphical analysis with transformations, the study of continuity, rational, logarithmic and exponential functions, trigonometric functions and circular relations, conics, sequences and series, limits, parametrics, and vectors.
