Description:  This course is designed for intermediate and advanced swimmers.  All strokes will be covered, with an emphasis on technique and endurance.  If appropriate for the interest and skill level of class members, Lifeguard, Water Safety Instructor (WSI), and CPR certification MAY be offered.
