Description:  World Peoples Studies examines the history, politics, economics, prevalent societal and/or cultural norms of ethnic groups generally underrepresented in similar courses. World Peoples Studies presents an opportunity for more inclusive and diverse histories and cultures to be highlighted and studied in a manner that is meaningful and can be transformative for all students while developing the historical thinking skills consistent with other required courses. The course offers a dynamic inquiry-based approach with opportunities for students to develop their own inquiry. (Equivalent to World History)
