Construction at Sumner Academy continues to advance, with several key milestones recently completed and additional work now underway.

Recent Progress:

  • A large crane needed for the project has arrived on site, and verification of the precast embeds has been completed.
  • A water leak identified at the building pad has been repaired.
  • Precast erection is scheduled to begin Saturday, September 26.

  • Precast erection for the building structure
  • Interior and exterior caulking of precast panels
  • Waterproofing associated with the precast installation
  • Geo-foam installation as construction progresses
