Federal Programs

The KCKPS Federal Programs Department is dedicated to ensuring the fiscal accountability of grant funds the district receives through government formulas and competitive grants that support student learning. In its management of Title funding (I, II, III, IV) and all grant-seeking activities, the department develops guidelines and procedures to support adherence to all funding requirements and to ensure the implemented academic and social-emotional learning programs result in a positive culture and climate, and increased student achievement outcomes for all students. 

As a part of this ongoing systems-level improvement process, the Federal Programs Department also facilitates screenings, investigations, and other activities required by all federal regulations and guidelines (Titles IX, VI, VII).
