The Operations and Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining and operating the District’s physical properties and facilities. The responsibilities of Operations are broad in scope and encompass a wide range of departmental activities, such as custodial work, repair work, maintenance of facilities and machinery, police department business, technical services and groundskeeping. The director of facilities is responsible for allocating and managing the resources necessary to maintain and operate each facility. Additionally, the team at the operations and maintenance facility provides warehouse and supply center support for schools and departments across the district.
